Departments and Services

The Town of De Beque is established as a Statutory Town under the laws of the State of Colorado.

The Town is governed by a Mayor and Board of Trustees elected at large. The administrative functions of the organization are conducted by the Town Administrator and Town Clerk. Law enforcement is provided by the Town Marshal and three deputies, one of which is also the school resource officer. Utilities, streets, and drainage are managed by the Public Works Department.
