Retail Marijuana Establishment License Application

To apply for a Retail Marijuana Facility License you may obtain a copy of the packet at Town Hall or you may proceed online by completing the following forms:

• RMJ Application Form
• Agreement to Pay Consulting Fees and Expenses
• Odor Control Plan
• RMJ Renewal Application
