The Municipal Code of the Town of De Beque requires anyone wishing to remodel a structure or build a new structure to obtain a Building/Zoning Clearance. You may obtain this form below or fill it out online.
Once the Town approves the building clearance, the form can be taken to the Mesa County Building Department in Grand Junction, at 200 South Spruce Street to obtain the actual building permit. Mesa County administers the International Building Codes for the town and conducts all inspections throughout the building process.
