A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on October 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 556, an ordinance adopting a revised municipal code for the Town of De Beque, Colorado; providing for the repeal of certain ordinances not included therein; providing for the adoption of secondary codes by reference; providing an increase of penalty for the violation thereof; providing for the manner of amending such code; and providing when such code and this ordinance shall become effective. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours. Interested persons may attend and provide testimony.
