NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on November 18, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 555, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 14.01: GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS OF TITLE 14: LAND USE BUILDING PERMITS TO CLARIFY AND UPDATE THIS SECTION OF TITLE 14 AND SECTION 14.06.200 REVIEW CRITERIA OF THE TOWN OF DE BEQUE MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 14 TO PROVIDE FAST-TRACK APPLICATION PROCESSES FOR QUALIFIED AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPLICANTS. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours. Interested persons may attend and provide testimony.
