A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on ThURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 558,AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6.09 OF TITLE 6 OF THE TOWN OF DE BEQUE MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE MUNICIPAL COURT FEES, FINES, AND COSTS TO COMPLY WITH COLORADO STATUTE AND ALLOW FEES, FINES, AND COSTS TO BE DETERMINED BY THE TOWN OF DE BEQUE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE. Copies of the proposed ordinance and exhibits are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours. Interested persons may attend and provide testimony.
