In the interest of protecting the health and safety of the population of DeBeque through the control and elimination of weeds, refuse, brush, rubbish, nauseous or contagious substances, inflammable or explosive refuse, hazardous materials, abandoned ice boxes and refrigerators, and junk where ever found within the incorporated limits of the Town.
