A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on March 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 550, an ordinance amending Chapter 5.22 Retail Marijuana Licensing, Section 5.22.03 “Definitions” to permit the term Active Facility to include facilities that are operated seasonally. The purpose of this text amendment is to clarify the modification of definitions to allow seasonal retail sales of marijuana to meet market demand. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours. Interested persons may attend and provide testimony.
