A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on June 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 553, an ordinance amending the definition of “Dangerous Animal” and removing the definition of “potentially dangerous animal” in section 9.12.010 and revising section 9.12.090 to ensure that all mention of dangerous animals within title 9 are uniform. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours. Interested persons may attend and provide testimony.
