A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on June 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 553, an ordinance amending the definition of “Dangerous Animal” and removing the definition of “potentially dangerous animal” in section 9.12.010 and revising section 9.12.090 to ensure that all mention of dangerous animals within title 9 are uniform. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours.

A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on May 27, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 552, an ordinance adopting and codifying all previously adopted ordinances amending the Town of De Beque Municipal Code; including the adoption and amendments of certain parts of the Town of De Beque Municipal code to be compliant with current Colorado statutes and revising minor grammatical or spelling errors.

A public hearing will be held before the De Beque Board of Trustees on March 25, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the De Beque Community Center, 381 Minter Avenue, De Beque, Colorado for the purpose of receiving public input on Ordinance 550, an ordinance amending Chapter 5.22 Retail Marijuana Licensing, Section 5.22.03 “Definitions” to permit the term Active Facility to include facilities that are operated seasonally.  The purpose of this text amendment is to clarify the modification of definitions to allow seasonal retail sales of marijuana to meet market demand.

The purpose of this text amendment is to establish licensing policies and procedures for Natural Medicine Businesses. Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during business hours.
